Event FAQ's
Q: What are the event hours for the Summit?
The U.S. Heat Pump Summit will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 18–19, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Event registration opens at 7:00 AM each day, with breakfast and lunch available for all attendees.
Doors to the trade show and session halls open at 7:45am.

Q: I want to meet great people at the Summit - what's the best way to do that?

HEREQ: Will there be breakfast and lunch served at the Summit?
Yes! We will have a selection of assorted breakfast pastries and breads, as well as fresh brewed coffee and tea.
Lunch will be provided as well, both days.
Q : What are my parking options for the Summit?
There are about 10,000 parking spaces within walking distance of the DCU Center.
Major Taylor Blvd Garage – diagonally across from the convention center, ~450 daily spaces, likely $9 flat rate.
Mercantile Garage – at Foster & Commercial St., ~900 spaces, directly across from the arena doors.
Additional Lots – several open-air lots located right next to the venue.
Q: Where can I find my favorite companies and non-profits exhibiting?
The Summit features 49 awesome exhibitors. The event layout is compact and you'll easily be able to navigate booths over lunch and in between presentation sessions.
Q: I don't want to miss anything. Where can I find out about happy hours, LG, Bosch, Mitsubishi trainings, and other opportunities?

For your convenience, we’ll have a dedicated storage area and coat check available at the DCU Center during the Summit.
