Steven Grady is the co-founder and President of TSS Associates Inc., a leading manufacturer’s representative agency serving the HVAC industry with a comprehensive approach to training, sales, and service. With over three decades of hands-on experience, Steven’s career reflects a deep-rooted commitment to technical excellence, strategic growth, and contractor empowerment.

Steven’s leadership journey includes pivotal roles at Buderus and Bosch Heating and Cooling North America where he contributed to product development, market expansion, and technical training initiatives. His well-rounded background—from field service to executive strategy—gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s HVAC professionals.

Before launching TSS Associates in 2011, Steven also spent six years as a heating & cooling technician, mastering the intricacies of residential and commercial systems. He then transitioned into outside sales, spending two years specializing in new installations of heating and cooling equipment.

He holds an electrical certificate from a vocational technical program, as well as an associate degree in HVAC from Hudson Valley Community College, and remains actively involved in mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.

Based in Albany, NY, Steven continues to lead TSS Associates with integrity, innovation, and a deep respect for the traditions that shaped the industry.
