What's included with my ticket?

It depends on your ticket type — Expo Only includes 2-day floor access, lunch, networking, and manufacturer demos; Full Conference adds all technical sessions and breakfast; and VIP unlocks all of the above plus a speaker dinner, VIP lounge, and reserved seating.

Can I attend just one day?

Single day tickets are available on a limited basis. Email contact@usheatpumpsummit.com for more info.

Is there a group discount for my company?

Yes! We offer a 15% group discount for companies registering three or more attendees. Email contact@usheatpumpsummit.com to do so - self group checkout coming soon.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

We are finalizing the policy. Tickets bought this far out will be refundable. For questions about refunds or cancellations, please reach out to us directly at contact@usheatpumpsummit.com and we'll be happy to assist.

What happens after I purchase? (What to expect)

Once your ticket is confirmed, you'll receive a series of emails from us with everything you need — including event details, schedule updates, and logistics as the Summit approaches.

Are there hotel discounts for attendees?

How long do I have to redeem my free ticket discount code(s)?

Promo codes are valid for a limited window after they're issued (usually 5-7 days). Be sure to complete your registration promptly — codes that aren't redeemed within the redemption period will expire.
